* Update the Bootwatch app themes (cerulean, cosmo, cyborg, darkly, flatly, journal, litera, lumen, lux, brite, materia, minty, morph, pulse, quartz, sandstone, simplex, sketchy, slate, solar, spacelab, superhero, united, vapor, yeti and zephyr) which now are based in the latest version 5.3.6 of the Bootstrap CSS, which is the version we already use in the default app theme. Update the two versions of the themes: LTR and RTL.
